REMOVABLE SLEEVES - Adaptive multi-wear tops have removable sleeves for the sake of versatility as well as accessibility. The sleeves are easily removed with a zipper along the shoulder seam, allowing for quick and easy alterations to the shirt as needed.

NECKLINE HOOK & LOOP CLOSURE - This adaptive top includes a small hook & loop closure (similar to velcro) atop one shoulder to expand the neck opening when needed.

EXTENDED LENGTH - This adaptive tee was designed longer than typical t-shirts, to provide added coverage and comfort whether seated or standing.
